HR Officer for Training and Development will lead the performance of all HR interventions aimed at achieving organization development. Conceptualizes programs and designs frameworks that lead to organizational effectiveness. Directs the implementation of institional initiatives. Areas of accountability includes HR Strategic Planning, Organization Design, Learning and Development and Performance Development Process.


Qualifications

  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a Academe setting
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 year/s work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Degree holder with major in Business, Industrial Engineering, Pyschology, Human Resources
  • Certificate/Diploma in Training the Trainer`s, Organization Development
